Montmartre Cemetery

Montmartre Cemetery is one of three super cemeteries in Paris. There are a few famous people buried here like Emile Zola, but mostly it is full of bodies that nobody remembers any more.

I had lots of fun here when one of the official people decided that my camera lens was too profesional, and that I wasn't allowed to use it. Fortunately I assured him that I was a tourist and not likely to ever recieve a penny for any of my photos, and that a camera shop would sell a lens to a monkey if they could pony up the cash. I didn't have to get involved in requesting a list of "professional" lenses so I could go and get something acceptable.

On another occasion I saw a fashion shoot (with a really hot french model babe) get turfed out for shooting there without permission.
